đźš« Non-returnable items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. This is to ensure all food items remain safe, fresh, and high quality for our customers.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is otherwise faulty.


âś… Refunds or replacements (if applicable)

We’re happy to issue a refund or send a replacement if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or broken

  • Is incorrect (e.g. wrong item sent)

  • Is otherwise not fit for purpose under UK Consumer Law

If something’s wrong with your order, please email us at hello@uppaclub.com within 7 days of receiving it.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if possible)

Once approved, we’ll either:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, or

  • Send you a replacement at no extra cost.


📦 Incorrect delivery information

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.

We cannot refund or resend orders sent to addresses entered incorrectly.


⚖️ Your rights under UK law

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
